Our exclusive custard is made with a carefully controlled process using lactose-free milk. Lactose intolerance affects more than 7 million Canadians, and our custard lets everyone enjoy the creamy experience—minus the discomfort.
Trans fats have been linked to heart disease, and while consumption in Canada has decreased, we go a step further. We use only:
Canola oil
Non-hydrogenated vegetable shortenings
Poly/monounsaturated fats
All products are zero trans fat and zero cholesterol.
Free From Animal-Derived Products and Alcohol
With the exception of eggs in select products, all our desserts are free from gelatin, meat, and alcohol. Even our Rum flavoring contains no alcohol, and our vegan cakes are completely egg-free.
